SALES STILL GOING STRONG!
In 2008 when the so called housing market was plummeting Anthony James Sales was still thriving and expanded its operation by purchasing local rival Turner & Co. We have continued to succeed in both sales and rental markets throughout 2008 and 2009 with figures showing we actually sold more properties in 2009 than in 2008! but as average value of those properties was significantly and thus revenues was significantly down also. This proving that we have overcome all the national bad press and proved the housing market is still moving strong.
The future for Anthony James continues to excel as at present we are expanding our head office to create a more vibrant and friendly environment with a wider range of qualified staff.
Thanks to the success of our sales team selling more properties in 2009 than 2008 we will be looking again to be stronger, better and one step ahead of the rest in 2010.

ITS PINK!
The Directors of the Anthony James Group, Lyn and Mark, have had their house turned pink overnight with the arrival of Grace Amber Cunningham on the 4th Jan. This is a very special Christmas present for Lyn and I as we have wanted a baby for years now. Baby Grace is doing very well and our special thanks to all the staff at Ormskirk hospital who were excellent!
Lyn and I would like to thank all those who have sent Grace cards and gifts and please bear with us we will bring our little bundle of joy round to see everyone as soon as we can.
Once again welcome to Grace and thankyou again to everybody who has supported us!
